This computer is working fine. It uses the slim bays which limit what you can add to it. There is not much room on the mother board for modification which is one reason for buying a desktop computer. I couldn’t see a way to add a higher end video card for instance. I did add more memory. I am not happy with the DVD drive that came with it. It feels vulnerable to being easily damaged. The tray doesn’t work very well.The tray won’t always close. I found it best to push the tray shut from the left side, not the middle.

I purchased this on Black Friday. This Acer computer would have a solid 5 stars, except the graphics card is absolute garbage. The images are clear and precise as they should be for a computer with these specs, but the card keeps crashing at random intervals and restarting itself. I feel as though this faulty card could be strictly my device only and the rest of these duplicate products could be great, but it is something to note when buying it. For the price I paid it is more than a bargain and it is speedy elsewise. Either a simple replacement of the graphics card or possibly a driver roll-back could fix this issue.

I bought it in February 2016 to use it in my office, after a few months it stopped working I had to pay to ship it to the manufacturer. I was without a computer for over 3 weeks waiting to get it back, they did the factory reset I lost everything was on it, now I had to install all the software again, then, a month later same problem again, stop working, I had to ship it back to the manufacturer, of course they factory reset it and now I had to install the software for the third time.
I have a feeling that they just did a temporary fix waiting for it to go out of warranty so I have to pay for the repair.
I’m a business owner, Ipurchased many computers before, this one is the worse one I ever bought.
Don’t buy it.
